In this split level home, we incorporated our signature clean and modern design with mid-century lighting for a more sophisticated look. The lower level showcases a warm and cozy aesthetic through some of the rustic finishes. We include natural finishes along with an open floor plan to optimize the way a family interacts with their living space.
Oak Ridge
This comfortable townhouse was designed with traditional and farmhouse elements. The warmth of the hardwood finishes with soft grey walls make this home one with much charm and personality. Ample natural light and dramatic light fixtures make this a cozy place to relax and unwind.
Hanover Avenue
We renovated this interior with traditional and farmhouse elements to bring a timelessness to its design. We chose to contrast the white walls with earthy elements to bring the outside in without overshadowing the simplicity of the house. Spa-inspired bathrooms give this home a luxury that speaks for itself.

Surrounded by nature, the goal of this design was to bring the outside in with elegance. We contrasted the earthy exterior of this home with bright and modern accents.
McHenry Avenue
This rustic cape cod was designed with respect to its age. Incorporating its original hardwood flooring with modern finishes created the perfect balance between old and new.

Located in a very desirable senior community, this townhouse was updated with simple, traditional finishes. The warm and comfortable colors with elegant touches of crystal lighting fixtures and granite counters created a timeless space.
